BREAKING: Verdict reached in JTVCC Riot Trial

WILMINGTON, Del. – The jury reached a verdict in the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center Riot Trial Tuesday afternoon.

Deric Forney has been found not guilty on all charges.

Dwayne Staats has been found guilty on all counts except intentional murder.

Jarreau Ayers has been found guilty on all counts except the three charges on first degree murder.
