UPDATE: Suspect arrested in Walmart parking lot shooting

Maryland resident captured by US Marshals

Pocomoke City, Md.-  Authorities in Maryland have arrested the suspect they say was involved in an early morning shooting that occurred on Monday, November 19 in the parking lot of the Pocomoke City Walmart.

According to the report 18-year-old Nathan Lee Smith was captured by the US Marshals Capital Area Fugitive Task Force In Hurlock on Wednesday, November 21. Smith was then taken to the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office and charged with first and second degree assault and several handgun violations.

The Hurlock resident is currently be held without bond at the Worcester County Jail.
