Troopers arrest man after break-in

SALISBURY, Md. – A man is facing multiple charges, accused of attempting to break into a Salisbury home Saturday night.
At 10:52 PM Saturday night, troopers of the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack were dispatched to the 800 block of South Schumaker Drive for reports of shots fired.
As troopers were on their way, they say they got another call about a home being broken into in the same area.
When troopers arrived on scene, they were able to quickly find the suspect and take him into custody without further incident.
The suspect is charged with burglary 4th degree, CDS not marihuana, CDS paraphernalia, and MDOP less than $1,000.
While in custody, the male suspect complained of a non-related injury from the incident and requested EMS.
EMS responded and took the suspect to PRMC for further observation.
