Today’s Forecast: November 14, 2018

An area of low pressure will approach late tonight bringing rain to southern Delmarva by dawn. Temperatures will fall into the mid 30s before climbing to near 40 by mid morning. A brief wintry mix is possible for northern areas (QA/Kent counties in MD) during the morning.

Rain will continue to lift north across the rest of Delmarva on Thursday between 7 AM – 10 AM. The rain will be heavy at times through the rest of the day with winds gusting between 40-50 mph during the afternoon and evening, especially at the coast. Temperatures should stay in the 40s most of the day, but temperatures after sunset with actually climb back into the 50s as the coastal low pushes in some milder air. Any warm up will be short lived though because a cold front quickly pushes through Thursday night. The rain will taper off but winds will stay quite gusty.

Friday will see clearing skies through the day with highs in the low and mid 50s. Winds will remain on the breezy side.

Saturday will be sunny and cool with highs in the low and mid 50s. Sunday cools down a bit more with mostly sunny skies and highs near 50.

Monday will be partly sunny and slightly milder with highs reaching the mid 50s. Tuesday and Wednesday turn cooler once again with temperatures back in the 40s.

Have a great night!
