Seaford man arrested on warrants for theft

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – A Seaford man was arrested on Wednesday for warrants stemming from multiple thefts committed in October.

On October 23rd, Seaford Police reported to the Rehoboth Beach Police that while they were conducting a separate investigation, they had found property belonging to several Rehoboth residents within the belongings of 38-year-old Adam Miller.

Investigators were able to determine that Miller had stolen the property when he went through three separate unlocked vehicles that were parked along Cookman Street and Columbia Avenue. Miller allegedly stole personal property, gift cards, and registration documents from the vehicles. Multiple stolen items were located and and returned to the victims as a result of this investigation.

Miller was arrested and charged with one count of felony theft under $1500 where victim is 62 years or older and two counts of misdemeanor theft under $1500. He was released on $4,000 unsecured bail.
