UPDATE: Wanted Selbyville man arrested in connection to multiple burglaries at local church

UPDATE: Delaware State Police arrested Quinton J. Gordon late Tuesday evening.

He was taken into custody after police learned he was traveling northbound on US 113. Officers initiated a traffic stop on 113 south of Lazy Lagoon Road, where Gordon was taken into custody without incident.

Gordon is charged with three counts of third degree burglary, two counts of possession of burglar tools, three counts of theft under $1500, and two counts of criminal mischief. He was arraigned and committed to Sussex Correction Institution on $12,500 secured bond.


FRANKFORD, Del. – Delaware State Police are asking for help from the public in their search for a wanted Selbyville man.

32-year-old Quinton J. Gordon is wanted in connection with multiple burglaries to the Frankford United Methodist Church.

Police say the incidents occurred between November 8th and 19th of this year. The suspect allegedly forced entry into the church on three separate occasions and either consumed or removed food from inside.

Gordon has active warrants out of Troop 4 for burglary, theft, criminal mischief charges, as well as an unrelated harassment charge. Police say he is known to frequent the Frankford area.
