UPDATE: Victim identified in fatal Millsboro Crash

Delaware State Police have identified the victim killed in a crash on Saturday in Millsboro.

Police say the victim has been identified as 32-year-old Kristin F. Fell, of Millsboro. She reportedly crashed into a utility pole off of Mount Joy Road after speeding near a sharp curve.

The crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.

MILLSBORO, Del. –  A driver was killed in a single vehicle crash Saturday morning.

Delaware State Police say a 32-year old woman from Millsboro was killed after she crashed into a utility pole off of Mount Joy Road.

Officers responded to the scene in the area of Cordrey Road just before 7 a.m. Saturday.

Police report the driver was not wearing her seat belt while she was apparently speeding near a sharp curve in the roadway causing her to veer off the road and hit the pole.

Police have yet to identify the victim, and the scene was closed for approximately three hours while the crash was investigated and cleared
