Goslee wins Board of Election seat by one vote

SALISBURY, Md. –  After weeks of going back and forth, 47 ABC confirmed David Goslee has won the Wicomico County School Board District 3 race by one vote.

We confirmed this through an official with the Board of Elections.

Goslee had been trailing his opponent, incumbent Bill Turner, by a single vote.

The final recount results will be re-certified to the state Board of Elections either Friday or Monday.
