DSU men’s hoops can’t handle Penn second half run, fall to 1-6
DOVER, Del.- Behind a 28-5 second half run, the University of Pennsylvania handed Delaware State their 6th loss of the year on Tuesday night, 76-48.
Dropping to 1-6, the Hornets have lost all of their games by an average of 28 points.
In the loss, DSU was led by Pinkey Wiley with 19 points and five assists, followed by Jon Mitchell with 12 rebound and five points.
For the Quakers (6-2), nine players got in the score column, all of them dropping in at least five points.
Next for Coach Skeeters squad, their headed up to Olean, NY for a matchup with St. Bonaventure on Saturday, December 1st. Tip-off is set for 4 p.m.
