City raising money for fallen officer Aaron “Bull” Hudson’s family
SALISBURY, Md. – The community is continuing to show support for Master Police Officer Aaron “Bull” Hudson who unexpectedly lost his life last week.
As part of the efforts, Mayor Jake Day is asking for the community’s help in covering Bull’s final expenses.
Mayor Day says Bull left his mark wherever he was and was always watching over downtown Salisbury.
The city of Salisbury is looking to raise up to $25,000 within the next 31 days for the expenses.
To donate money, log on to officerdown.us or search Officer Down on Facebook.
Mayor Day tells 47 ABC he hopes the community will come together and support Bull’s family in their time of need.
Day said, “Given the expenses to the family of a burial and funeral and all of those end of life expenses that come along with it, we’re asking for any help that the community can offer to Bull and his family.”
