Today’s Forecast: October 24, 2018
Temperatures look to drop into the mid and upper 30s tonight as the winds eventually slow down late and the sky stays clear. A Frost Advisory is in effect for northern parts of the peninsula where frost is likely to be more widespread.
Thursday remains sunny and seasonably cool with temperatures in the mid 50s. Clouds thicken up through the day Friday with rain developing during the mid to late afternoon hours. Highs will be in the upper 50s.
Rainy and windy conditions are likely to continue into Saturday morning as a nor’easter impacts the region. The good news is the system is expected to be a fast mover so most of the steady rain may end by the late morning. Highs will be in the low 60s. Rainfall totals are expected to be between 1-3 inches with wind gusts as high as 40 mph. Sunday will be much drier with partly sunny to mostly cloudy skies. Highs will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s.
Another system looks to push through early on Monday bringing more clouds and scattered showers to Delmarva. Highs will be in the upper 50s to near 60.
Tuesday will have a partly sunny sky with high temperatures dropping into the mid and upper 50s. Wednesday will see a return to mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 50s.
Have a great night!
