Salisbury University kicks off homecoming weekend

SALISBURY, Md. – The Kick off to Salisbury University’s homecoming and parents weekend has officially started.

We’re told there’s something for everyone this weekend from tailgating to the football game against Montclair State University, to SU inducting six new athletes into its Hall of fame.

The university says this weekend is a great way to showcase talent and what the state school has to offer.

They also tell us, combining parents weekend with homecoming weekend festivities brings together the student community, Salisbury residents, and families of students.

Jayme Block, with the University said, “We have more events than we’ve ever had before. We’d love for the community to come out, whether its an athletic event, tailgating, or even some of our other open events we’d really love to see the community come out and support SU.”
