PRMC unveils new neurology and neurosurgery facility

SALISBURY, Md. – The Peninsula Regional Medical Center just announced a brand new office opening up in Salisbury.
On Wednesday, PRMC doctors cut the ribbon to the new Neurology and Neurosurgery clinic.
The medical group tells 47 ABC the 8,000 square foot facility will serve the community and is conveniently located off of route 50.
This office will not only provide surgical services, but other medical services as well. With the two practices placed in one office, officials say patient care will get a whole lot easier.
PRMC Vice President Thomas DeMarco said, “Its very important for the community that we have this. Having a building here where we put [the practices] together really creates a clinical synergy so they can collaborate on patients.”
Located at 1630 Woodbrooke Drive in Salisbury, the new facility will serve the community in all aspects of neurology from cancer care to emotional disorders.
