UPDATE: Wanted subject who escaped Georgetown courthouse located

GEORGETOWN, Del. – Police say a wanted subject who escaped from a Georgetown Courthouse last week has been located.

Ronald N. Stow surrendered to the Delaware Capitol Police at the Sussex County Courthouse on Tuesday. He was arraigned and released on $500 unsecured bond on the third degree escape charge and $3000 unsecured bond on the original Delaware State Police charges of second degree burglary, unlawful use of a payment card, and theft from a victim over 62 years of age.

GEORGETOWN, Del. – Delaware State Police and Delaware Capitol Police are searching for a subject after they say he escaped from the Sussex County Courthouse on Tuesday.

24-year-old Ronald N. Stow reportedly escaped from the custody of the Delaware Capitol Police while being detained for Delaware State Police at approximately 12 PM Tuesday.

Stow was wanted on criminal warrants for second degree burglary, unlawful use of a payment card, and theft from a victim over 62 years of age. Delaware Capitol Police currently have an active warrant out for Stow on third degree escape charges.

Stow was last seen driving a black Ford Focus with Delaware registration 376330, traveling eastbound on S. Bedford Street. Stow is described as a white male, 5’7″, 103 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
