Officials searching for escaped offender in Dover

DOVER, Del. – The Delaware Department of Corrections is searching for an inmate after they say he failed to return from an approved work pass.

Officials say Antoine Ross escaped from the Morris Community Correctional Center (MCCC) in Dover on Monday, after he willingly did not return from an approved work pass. Ross is 6’2″, 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, and tattoos on his left arm, and left and right hands.
