Man facing 25 year sentence for burglaries

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – A man is now facing 25 years in prison after he was convicted on burglary charges.

On October 15th, 31-year-old Damon Justice was convicted of two counts of second degree burglary, in the Circuit Court for Somerset County. He was sentenced to 25 years in the Division of Corrections.

The charges date back to the summer of 2017, when police agencies investigated a string of burglaries that reportedly occurred at several churches and a business within Somerset County. Through investigation and seizure of items during a search warrant led to Justice’s arrest.
