Indian River School District offering free scholarship workshop

DAGSBORO, Del. – The Indian River School District is teaming up with $tand By Me to hold a free scholarship workshop on Thursday, October 25th.

The goal of the workshop is to help high school students and their families understand the resources available to find scholarships and share important tips on how to write efficient essays.

A scholarship fair, to be held after the workshop, will allow students and their families to meet local colleges and organizations that will offer scholarship opportunities to students this year. This is a special opportunity for students and families to meet funders and ask questions before submitting scholarship applications.

This workshop and fair will take place at Indian River High School, located at 29772 Armory Road in Dagsboro, from 6 PM to 8 PM.
