Halloween Fest put on to showcase town to visitors
PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – Main Street Princess Anne took the opportunity to showcase its town with their own Halloween Fest Wednesday night. We’re told this was made possible through a grant from the Hogan administration.
The inaugural event featured a trunk or treat, with a haunted jail, pumpkin decorating and cooking contest, and a hay maze and games for the kids.
But Halloween isn’t just for the kids, also on hand were pumpkin beer tastings for the adults.
Officials tell 47ABC events like these are opportunities to showcase the historic features to visitors.
