UPDATE: third suspect arrested in assault investigation

LAUREL, Del. – Police have arrested the third suspect involved in an assault investigation out of Laurel.
Authorities say Len Tillman turned himself in on Wednesday. We’re told he and the other two suspects Lee Hamm and Gabriellia Mann are facing several charges including third degree assault after an incident at the Relax Inn on Sussex Highway.
Tillman was arraigned and released on a $29,500unsecured bond.

State Police are currently looking for a third suspect involved in an assault investigation.
Authorities say on September 27th, troopers responded to a call about an assault at the Relax Inn on Sussex Highway.
Upon arrival an 18 year old male victim told police he was attacked by two men and a woman. Reportedly the says he planned to meet and talk with the two men about a moving company job. We’re told one of the male suspects was holding what appeared to be a hatchet while the other was holding a large wood black pole.
Investigators say the female suspect later engaged with the two male suspects in assaulting the victim. The female suspect also took the wood pole and attempted to hide it in a motel room after telling Troopers she had nothing to do with the incident.
Police say the victim sustained minor injuries. He also declined medical treatment.
Both Lee Hamm and Gabriellia Mann were taken into custody on October 1st, at the Relax Inn, without incident. They are both facing several charges including third degree assault.
Police say Len Tillman is still on the loose.
