Dover robbery under investigation
DOVER, Del. – Dover Police are investigating a robbery that took place on Wednesday night in the Manchester Square Neighborhood.
Just before 10 PM, an 18-year-old male victim was unloading a vehicle when he was approached by two suspects who demanded property. The victim initially refused, while a suspect displayed a handgun and demanded property.
The suspects then reportedly demanded a ride and got into the back of the victim’s vehicle. They told the victim to travel east of White Oak Road near Acorn Lane, before stealing the victim’s phone, a backpack, and cash, before fleeing.
The suspects were described as two black males, both wearing dark clothing, and one had a t-shirt wrapped around his face.
