Delaware State Police seeking public’s help in locating wanted suspect
SEAFORD, Del. – Delaware State Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a suspect wanted in connection to a reckless endangering incident.
Police say the incident was reported on September 21st, allegedly taking place the night before at the Woodshed Bar, located at 22588 Bridgeville Highway in Seaford. Officials learned that a suspect reportedly fired several rounds into an occupied vehicle following a dispute in the parking lot.
After further investigation, 36-year-old Jose Cabrera-Malpica of Milton, was identified as the suspect in the incident.
Cabrera-Malpica currently has active warrants out for possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, 2 counts of first degree reckless endanger, second degree conspiracy, and criminal mischief.
