DART once again partnering with Delaware Food Bank to host annual Thanksgiving Food Drive
DELAWARE – Delaware Transit Corporation (DART) and the Delaware Food Bank are teaming up for their annual “Stuff The Bus” Thanksgiving Food Drive, and they’re asking for the public’s help.
Bring your non-perishable donations to one of several donation events and help with DART’s goal of collecting 20 tons of food for Delaware residents in need of food assistance. Donation events will be held as follows:
- Monday November 5th, 9 AM to 3 PM– Acme, 18578 Coastal Highway, Rehoboth
- Tuesday November 6th, 8 AM to 6 PM– Walmart, 939 N. DuPont Highway, Milford, AND Safeway, 190 John Hunn Brown Rd, Dover
- Wednesday November 7th, 9 AM to 4 PM– Shop-Rite, 501 S. Walnut St, Wilmington
- Thursday November 8th, 7 AM to 5 PM– Rodney Square, Market Street Side, Wilmington
- Saturday November 10th, 9 AM to 3 PM– Acme, Suburban Plaza, 100 Suburban Dr, Newark AND Acme, 460 E. Main St, Middletown
