Annual Halloween 5K Dash returns to Salisbury University this weekend

SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury University Student United Way is hosting their annual Halloween 5K Dash and 1 Mile Walk to benefit United Way this Saturday, October 27th.

The event will feature a “Zombie-Infested” 5K course (officially timed), 1 mile Zombie Walk, and outdoor after-party with an awards ceremony, adult and kids costume contest, DJ Entertainment, and tons of spooky surprises. There will also be a special Halloween dance performance from D’Ann Danse Studio prior to the race.

Check-in and registration will begin at 10 AM. The 5K race will start at 11 AM, with the 1 mile walk beginning at 11:15 AM. The outdoor after party will follow the conclusion of the walk. All activities will take place outside of the Maggs Physical Activity Center at Salisbury University.
