Kara Osborne is bringing training to a completely new level. The freshman at Salisbury University is fully focused on this upcoming season as she prepares for her first meet as a collegiate pole vaulter.

The Eastern Shore native attended Parkside High School before enrolling at Salisbury; playing on the school’s varsity soccer team.
