Two Wicomico County schools to undergo auditorium renovations
SALISBURY, Md. – Two local schools will see renovations to their auditoriums during the summer of 2019.
Wicomico County Public Schools have announced that Parkside High School and Wicomico High School will undergo seating replacements to help enhance their auditoriums, thanks to capital project funding from the County Executive and County Council.
Wicomico Schools Superintendent Dr. Donna Hanlin spoke about the project, stating “The seating in both facilities have been in need of replacement, and this is a much anticipated project that will improve the overall functionality of both the Parkside and Wi-Hi auditoriums.”
Due to the nature of projects, both auditoriums will be closed to both school and public use from June 12th, 2019 through August 23rd, 2019.
