Tonight will be warm and partly cloudy with a few storms early and lows in the low to mid 70s. Monday will be very warm as the mercury climbs to around 90° while heat indices approach 100°. Skies for Labor Day will be mostly sunny with a stray chance of an afternoon storm.

Mostly sunny skies continue for Tuesday as the thermometer reaches the lower 90s. The heat hangs on for Wednesday with sunny skies and highs in the low 90s. Readings dip slightly to around 90° on Thursday while mostly sunny skies prevail over Delmarva.

Unsettled times return on Friday as a front approaches Delmarva bringing scattered storms, partly sunny skies and highs into the mid 80s. The front stalls nearby for the weekend, keeping skies partly sunny with scattered storms; but highs will be approaching seasonable values for Saturday and Sunday in the low to mid 80s.
