Police: Property stolen from Dover business; investigation ongoing

DOVER, Del.  – An investigation is ongoing after police say a burglary happened at a Dover business this week.

The Dover Police Department says between September 1 and September 4, a burglary happened at Scotton’s Auto Service, on Forrest Avenue. Police say an unknown suspect broke a glass window and entered the business. According to the report, the suspect stole a tool before fleeing the scene.

This  incident remains under investigation.
