Milton man arrested for pointing handgun at neighbor

HARBESON, Del. – State police charge a 32 year-old Milton man, Wesley J. Fagg, with multiple weapons related offenses after he allegedly pointed a handgun at a neighbor.

Police say Fagg pulled out a gun and pointed it at a man and said, “We aren’t doing this tonight,” after his neighbor requested that two females turn down loud music out of their vehicle parked in the driveway of the neighboring residence.

Authorities report Fagg had an unloaded handgun when they responded to a call at the 18000 block of Indian Mission Road in Harbeson, at approximately 10:56 p.m., Friday.

Police arrested Fagg and charged him with one count each of aggravated menacing, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm while intoxicated.

According to the statement, he was then arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court #3 before being committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $13,000.00 secured bail.
