Magnolia man facing drug and weapon charges
MILFORD, Del. – A Delaware man is facing drug and weapon charges following a police foot patrol last weekend.
On September 22nd, at roughly 1 AM, Milford Police Department officers made contact with 24-year-old Shakur O. Manzo, of Magnolia. Officers quickly learned that Manzo had previously been banned from the property.
Manzo was taken into custody and searched, leading to the discovery of crack cocaine and a knife.
He is facing charges for possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and 3rd degree criminal trespass.
Manzo was presented and bail was set at $31001 unsecured. He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on September 28th.
