UPDATE: Victim identified, police investigating death near Portsville Millpond
A 19-year-old was found dead near a pond on Wednesday morning.

PORTSVILLE, Del. – Police released the name of the man who was found dead in Sussex County on Wednesday morning.
Isaac Hatton of Laurel was pronounced dead, in the area of Portsville Road and Dogwood Lane, from an apparent gunshot wound.
The Delaware Division of Forensic Science will be conducting an autopsy on the 19-year-old to determine the exact cause and manner of his death.
Before 9:30 AM officials responded to the area, just west of Laurel, for a report of a male subject found in Portsville Millpond.
Sussex County Paramedics responded, and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
