De. man sentenced for sex abuse of a minor
SALISBURY, Md. – A Delaware man has been sentenced for sexual abuse of a minor.
On September 7th, 31-year-old Bruce Bilal Anding was sentenced by a judge to 35 years, following his July 13th conviction of sexual abuse of a minor and 3 counts of sexual offense in the third degree. He will be required to register as a Tier III sex offender for life.
The charges date back to September 2017, from an incident involving a child under the age of eight. Anding was reportedly in the child’s home when the incident occurred.
