Undercover prostitution operation results in nine arrests in Del.

Nine people are facing charges after police say they were arrested during an undercover prostitution operation in Delaware.
The Seaford Police Department says on Thursday, an undercover prostitution operation was conducted in Seaford. Police say 29-year-old Osmin Garcia, of Seaford, solicited the undercover female officer for sex while his two children were in the backseat of his vehicle.
According to the report, the following people were arrested in connection with the undercover operations:
45-year-old Geri Rementer of Blades, 41-year-old John Whaley of Seaford, 42-year-old Jemaine Piper of Lincoln, 38-year-old Julian Alvares of Seaford, 60-year-old Robert Battle of Seaford, 33-year-old Joselito Lopez-De-Leon of Blades, 34-year-old Ever Robles-Bravo of Blades, 29-year-old Osmin Garcia of Seaford, and 22-year-old Dixon Jimenez-Ramirez of Seaford.
The individuals' charges range from patronizing a prostitute to driving without a valid license. Garcia was was also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities report that Delaware State Police Troop 5 P.A.C.E. Unit and the United States Department of Homeland Security assisted with the investigation.
