Parkside High School’s new security entrance is up and running

SALISBURY, Md. – Wicomico County Public School’s finished a project that should help to keep students safe at Parkside High School.

In July, they started work on the front entrance and the new secured entrance is now open and ready for business. The district added vestibules by constructing a new wall, which will make guests go straight to the office, rather than having access to the school.

We’re told in light of recent shootings, they wanted to make sure they were taking the proper steps to ensure safety.
