Dover Senators 2018 Season Preview

DOVER, Del. – It’s been a little while since Dover football was relevant in the Henlopen Conference. The Senators have finished with less than four wins in six consecutive seasons.

Head coach Rudy Simonetti hopes that the program can flip a switch in 2018.

Now in his third season, Simonetti says the camaraderie of this team is much different than the previous two seasons, and hopes it translates on the field.

The Senators will look to improve on a defense that ranked in the bottom half of the conference and lean on offensive stars Jordan Magee and Javon Peace to provide a spark on offense that keeps Dover in games this season.
