Worcester Habitat For Humanity launches new critical repair program

Those in need of some major home repairs in Worcester County may be in luck. A new program being launched by the Worcester Habitat For Humanity called the Critical Home Repair Program.
It's designed to help those who are unable to fix the major issues in their homes by themselves or can't obtain a conventional loan to do so.
This includes roofing, exterior painting, accessibility, weatherization and other structural issues. To qualify, families must earn between 30% to 80% of the area median income for Worcester County.
All applicants must also be residents of Worcester County for at least one year, own a home, and provide proof of current homeowner's insurance.
