UPDATE: Fruitland woman Cadesia Fields found unharmed, one year later

A Fruitland teen who was reported missing over a year ago is speaking out about why she chose to avoid a family member saying she was never really missing.
According to Fruitland Police, exactly one year later, Cadesia Fields presented herself, unharmed. Fields was reported missing by the Fruitland Police back in July 2017.
On Wednesday, 47 ABC spoke with Cadesia Fields regarding her welfare and learned that she had been in the area, safe and sound, during the year she was believed to be missing. Fields says, "I'm fine, I am living, and my life has never stopped over the stuff that my Dad has put me through. I am about to turn 20-years-old and I am just living."

As of Wednesday, the Fruitland Police Department is still looking for missing 18-year-old Cadesia Fields. Officials say that they are looking in the Salisbury and Baltimore areas.

The Fruitland Police Department is asking for your help in finding 18-year-old Cadesia Fields. According to the report, Fields was last seen around 5:00 AM in the 700 block of Wye Oak Drive in Fruitland, on Monday. Fields is described as standing 5' 7" tall and weighing 140 lbs.
Officials say that she was wearing a pink cropped top shirt, Adidas pants, and black flip flops. No foul play is suspected.
