Traffic Alert: Crash closes Hardscrabble Rd.; One injured

Officials say that an accident involving multiple vehicles has caused gallons of tar to be spilled on Hardscrabble Road resulting in the road being  shut down.

Delaware State Police are currently on the scene of the crash, which took place between Tyndall Road and E. Trap Pond Road. Troopers believe that a portion of the road will be closed for an extended period of time. One injury has been reported at this time, but the extent of the injury is unknown at this time.
