Salisbury man killed after tractor-trailer rolls over him in Montgomery County.

Police say a Salisbury man was killed earlier today during a tragic tractor-trailer accident in Montgomery County.
The victim was identified as 58-year old James Hobbs who was the driver of that tractor-trailer.
Investigators with the Maryland State Police say that a trooper at the Hyattstown Weigh Station placed the tractor trailer out of service for brake violations. The vehicle was placed in the out of service lot at the facility.
After a preliminary investigation police say it appears that Hobbs was attempting to make some brake adjustments at the Hyattstown weigh station around 11:30AM but had forgotten to engage the parking brake on the vehicle.
Officials say that Hobbs never got out from under the vehicle before it rolled on top of him.
An investigation is still underway.
