Man wanted in connection with vehicle theft in Delaware

Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man after they say he is wanted in connection with a vehicle theft that happened on Tuesday.

The Laurel Police Department says 18-year-old Ralph Harmon, of Salisbury, is wanted for theft of a motor vehicle. According to the report, the stolen vehicle has been recovered.
