Man arrested for reportedly trespassing in Wicomico County

 A man was arrested after deputies say he was trespassing and refused to give his name at a Salisbury property.

The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says on Monday, just before 4:00 PM, a deputy responded to a commercial property in the 32000 block of Beaver Run Drive for the report of a subject who had been laying in the grass for several hours refusing to leave. Once on scene, authorities say the individual repeatedly refused to both leave or provide his name.

According to the report, the individual identified himself as "deez nuts." Law enforcement says the man was then arrested and they found an identification card that identified him as 23-year-old Charles Cornish III.

The Salisbury man was charged with trespassing. He was later released on his personal recognizance.
