Indian River School District to offer tuition-based pre-k

  In Selbyville, the Indian River School District will now be offering a tuition based pre-kindergarten program for the upcoming school year. Officials say children who are three and four years old before August 31st are eligible for the program that will be held at the Indian River School District Early Learning Center in Frankford. Classes will be held in either a morning or afternoon session each day starting on September 10th. Officials add children will be picked for this program by a random lottery, and if selected they'll be tested on their language and motor skills.
