Gold Alert: Missing Lincoln woman

The Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for a Lincoln woman who was last heard from Monday afternoon.

Dorothy Appel is described as standing 5'06" tall, weighing 185 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes, and possibly wearing black pants.  

Police have been unable to contact Appel and say that there is a concern for her safety and welfare.
