Cape Henlopen sexual harassment allegations update

47 ABC caught up with Cape Henlopen School District Superintendent Robert Fulton to talk about sexual harassment allegations from 2015, involving former students at Cape Henlopen High School and a school employee.
Theresa Collins, a senior at Cape Henlopen High School in 2015, claims a male employee reached down the back of her pants.
In the statement from Fulton in early July he says the report was filed to Delaware State Police, a claim that DSP disputes.
Thursday night, we asked Superintendent Fulton the following: is the investigation ongoing, who is handling the investigation, do you know who is in charge of the investigation. Fulton answered with 'I don't know' to every question.
Superintendent Fulton told 47 ABC he is sticking with his original statement given to us in early July, which read:
"All allegations of this nature are treated seriously by the Cape Henlopen School District because the safety of our students is our most important responsibility.
"Please know that all concerns shared with the district by the family were thoroughly investigated by the administrative team at Cape Henlopen High school in 2015. In addition to our internal investigation, we reported the alleged incident to the Delaware State Police, School Resource Officer (SRO) and asked that he review all information regarding the allegations.
"Since the time of the alleged incident in 2015, the family has had the ability to press charges."
We spoke with Virginia Collins, Theresa's mother, who says they are continuing to look at legal options both criminal and civil.
