47ABC takes a trip to the circus

Monday marked day five of the Delaware State Fair, and to celebrate, 47ABC took a trip to the circus.

Circus Hollywood became part of the Delaware State Fair about 5 years ago, and it's certainly become one of the biggest family attractions.

Serge Coronas, the Owner of Circus Hollywood said, "In the show, we have animals, acrobats, it's a family for the entire family from young and old, and it's the traditional circus still."

Circus Hollywood is a family owned business, it's been passed down through generations, ensuring that the tradition stays alive.

Serge Coronas told 47ABC his kids and even his grandkids perform in the show each year, adding to the circus' unique family appeal.

Coronas said, "My one daughter does the performing dogs, and she does hula hoops." He continued, "My wife and daughter in law, they work on the animals in the show and out here."

As for Coronas' son, he said, "He actually runs, he is a performance director, he runs the show, the lighting, everything so."

Not only does the Coronas family put on a spectacular show for Delaware State Fair attendee's, but they bring hundreds of exotic animals to the fair with them for people to feed, watch and even ride.

"So when they come to the fair, not only can they see all the horses and everything else they've got here, but we have our big zoo with the giraffe's, and we have ten camels and zebras," Coronas said.

Perhaps the best part of Circus Hollywood is the price tag.

Coronas said, "Everything, all the entertainment is free here. I mean, if you came to our circus, if we just played here in town, you could pay anywhere from 20 to 30 dollars to more, whereas here, you just get in for free!"

If you want to watch the circus, they will be performing every night at 5:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
