Update: AMBER ALERT: Missing Virginia Baby Found

UPDATE: The Virginia State Police has officially cancelled the AMBER Alert for the missing Danville infant. Emma Kennedy has been safely located. Her abductor is in custody. For additional information, please contact the City of Danville Police Department.

According to our affiliate, WJLA, baby Emma Grace Kennedy has been found safe and her father has been arrested according to a police report.

Virginia State Police and the Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse are issuing an AMBER Alert in Danville, Virginia after a child abduction on June 3rd.

Seven month old Emma Grace Kennedy is believed to be in extreme danger and was last seen at the Kwik stop on Riverside Drive in Danville, Virginia on June 3, 2018 at 7:55 pm.

Emma has blond hair, blue eyes is two feet and two inches tall, weighs 18 lbs. and was last seen wearing a light blue onesie.

Police believe Carl Ray Kennedy abducted Emma.

He was last seen wearing a brown short sleeve shirt with gray shorts and black and white sketchers.

Kennedy has several tattoos : one of a skull on his left forearm, another of a skull with a bandana over the mouth on the right forearm. An eye tattoo on the back of his right hand. On his upper right arm there is a pitbull with “American bulldog” written under it and a wizard on his left upper arm.

Carl Kennedy was last seen driving a gold four door Suzuki, with NC tag FAA-1873.
