Salisbury Police send traffic alert

Police in Salisbury are issuing out a traffic alert.

Commuters heading towards the intersection of Camden and College  are asked that you proceed with caution.

Police say the traffic lights are flashing, due to a power situation.

The traffic lights will remain flashing until Monday afternoon.
