Wicomico Co. traffic stop leads to drug charges for two

Two people were arrested after deputies say crack pipes and heroin were found during a Wicomico County traffic stop.
The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says on Wednesday, at 2:30 PM, a deputy was patrolling the area of Route 50 and Queen Avenue when he noticed a traffic violation, in Salisbury. Deputies say the vehicle was pulled over and the occupants were identified as 28-year-old Jeremiah Camper, of Salisbury, and 31-year-old Celia Ostasewski, of Cordova.
According to the report, neither Camper or Ostasewski had a valid driver's license and the deputy noticed a crack pipe inside of the vehicle.
Authorities say the Cordova woman was arrested for the crack pipe and heroin was found on her person. Law enforcement also says Camper had an additional crack pipe in his pocket.
They were arrested and charged with CDS possession and paraphernalia.
