UPDATE: Cause identified after three-story building fire leaves $100K in damages in Del.

A cause has been identified after authorities say a three-story building fire caused $100,000 in damages, in Milford.
The Carlisle Fire Company says on Tuesday, around 6:15 AM, a fire was reported in the unit block of Northwest Front Street at the Nice and Fresh Barbershop. Once on scene, officials say fire was coming from the first floor windows at the back of the three-story building. Officials say the building also housed commercial businesses and apartments.
The Office of the Delaware Fire Marshal reports that the unit involved in the fire was the Nice and Fresh Barbershop, with an attached clothing store all run by the same tenant. Fire officials say the fire was caused by the failure of a operating light fixture in the back of the store, which ignited combustible materials in the clothing store.
According to the report, the blaze completely damaged one apartment and firefighters placed the fire under control around 7:20 AM. Fire officials say the third floor was no damaged and the second floor of the building sustained minor damage.The Red Cross was contacted in efforts to help the family, officials say. Authorities say there were no injuries as a result of the fire.
Officials report that the fire caused $100,000 in damages. Authorities say significant damage was sustained to the clothing store portion with smoke and water damage to the barbershop. The business unit next to the barbershop was also reportedly damaged.
