Uber and Lyft Drivers beware of this Ocean City law

If you're looking to make some extra money as an Uber or Lyft driver this summer, you may want to brush up on Ocean City laws.

On Facebook, Police issued out a reminder for all Uber, Lyft and taxi drivers.

The post says, "it's against state law to pick up and drop off passengers along Coastal Highway."

But not to worry they offer a solution.

law enforcement urges drivers to pick up and drop off passengers in parking lots and street parking spaces.

This will not only help in preventing crashes, but also in insuring the safety of all visitors and residents.
