Two arrested for active capiases and drug charges during traffic stop

Police in Dewey Beach arrested two people during a traffic stop after they were found with drug paraphernalia and were wanted for several crimes.
Police say that on Friday May 25th, a Dewey Beach Police officer pulled over 31 year old Leanne Honey and 30-year old Aaron Hopkins along Coastal Highway at St. Louis Street for a noise violation.
It was discovered that Honey had several capiases' for probation violation, theft and robbery. During the traffic stop, Hopkins gave the officer a false name, but his true identity was later discovered. He was found to also have capiases' for violation of probation and motor vehicle violations.
Police then searched the vehicle and found several hypodermic needles and numerous empty bags of heroin, which belonged to Honey.
Honey was charged with Possession of Drug paraphernalia and arraigned for the capiases'. Hopkins was charged with criminal impersonation and arraigned for his capiases'.
Both were committed to the Delaware Department of Corrections in lieu of bond.
